Couple’s Quiet Refuge

The room was pristine and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was great too, just a nice stroll to the attractions and breathtaking views.

Not exactly cheap, but definitely reasonable for the quality.

Neat and spacious dorm rooms complemented by clean restrooms made for a pleasant stay. The host, Jeff, offered helpful local tips, though his tone felt a bit condescending at times. The hostel's location is a breeze for walking to local attractions, but it's good to note that bringing your own food is a necessity, as there are no dining options on-site. Perfect for budget-conscious travelers.

I had a pleasant stay at Gorge View. The location near the falls made exploring easy, and the clean dorms offered comfort after long days. While the beds creaked a bit, it added to the charm of the hostel experience. I’d come back!

I loved how cozy the shared spaces felt with lots of natural light! The convenient kitchen allowed me to whip up some quick meals after exploring. Plus, the short walk to the falls made each morning an adventure waiting to happen!

gorge view is in an amazing location! it’s a short walk to the falls, and the gorge rim trail is practically at the door. the dorms were neat and spacious, with clean restrooms. i really appreciated the helpfulness of the host, jeff, who offered great local tips.

I paid for two nights but only stayed one due to poor public transport in Niagara. Instead of expensive taxis, I took buses to the airport. If you're on a budget, keep that in mind. No Uber here either, so plan accordingly. The location of Gorge View is fantastic, just a short walk from the American Falls. The dorms are neat and spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. The only downside is that there's no food available at the hostel, just water. So don’t forget to grab dinner before returning late at night. Jeff at the front desk is helpful but sometimes a bit condescending. I arrived sleep deprived and after storing my luggage, took the free bus to Fort Niagara. I explored the Falls at night, which was stunning, especially the fireworks. The next day I enjoyed attractions like Maid Of The Mist and Goat Island before heading to the airport. In total, I managed to fit in many must-see spots, so that was great!
